We provide pre-purchase and pre-listing inspections for residential properties following the standards of practice of both the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board and The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Inspecting to assure plumbing, electrical and structural items are performing as intended. Inspection of foundations, roof, attic, windows, doors, dishwasher, disposal, lights, locks, doors, electrical panel, HVAC system, Water heaters and more!
We're available when and where you need us, open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Our standard pricing covers up to 35 miles from the OKC Metro Area and we are willing to travel up to 100 miles from the OKC Metro Area with an additional travel fee!

Jimmy did a super thorough inspection and found major and minor issues throughout a house we were going to buy. He was meticulous and found so many concerns (like cutting some of the roof trusses to accommodate a new HVAC system and not reinforcing them) that we ended up canceling our contract on the property. I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future myself.
