After he done with the inspection, he walked me through the property and explain to me each of his findings. He also alerted me of things that were not an issue at the moment but may become an issue in the near future so that I can pay attention to it.

The did a few inspections at different properties to help me when I was looking at homes to buy. They are very thorough and go over everything with you so you can understand what is needed. All their inspectors are highly qualified and I definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.
Stratton was kind enough to remain onsite later than the appointment time, as I was stuck in traffic. The report was thorough and objective. It did a lot to ease my fear that I may be purchasing a money pit
