We had a GREAT experience with David. He is a very personable inspector who seems to really enjoy what he does from what we experienced in our home tour. He really walked us through each part of the home and his findings from small to large. Not only that, but he was extremely responsive/helpful when we reached out to him post-inspection with a question. We would highly recommend Golden State and specifically David to anyone.
