We were so pleased to have Bruce at Spencer Home Inspection as our inspector. He was very responsive and quick to schedule a pre-inspection with us before we were to make an offer on our home. Buying an older home can always be a bit unnerving without knowing what may lie beneath the house or behind the walls; however, after Bruce's inspection we felt that we were able to make a decision with our "eyes wide open." His inspection was extremely thorough and he allowed me to shadow him as he explained what he was inspecting. Bruce also worked quickly to turn around the official inspection report in a timely manner to help us make our final decision. With a thorough inspection report we were able to make an offer that we felt comfortable with, and for that we give Bruce at Spencer Home Inspection our highest recommendation.

Bruce does and amazingly thorough inspection. Bruce was very responsive to our needs and made time for us to get an inspection done within our tight contract window, He took the time to meticulously go through every nook and cranny to ensure we had a complete picture of the property. After his inspection, Bruce calmly and thoroughly explained his key findings in language we can understand. He never seemed rushed and answered all our questions and even provided some maintenance tips. Bruce then followed up with a detailed report with pictures and nicely crafted summary that allowed us to make decisions. We learned a lot from Bruce about homes and property.
