This is one exceptionally experienced and professional inspection company. They are also members of ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors, the only place I trust to provide a standard of inspection that is the best. The report was wonderful, split into two sections, one summary for a quick source of items in need of attention, and then a more detailed report that includes all 2000+ items in the Standards of Practice from ASHI. Careful with other inspectors, there is no licensing necessary for home inspectors, thus you can hire someone who does not have the experience needed to inspect your home!

Was very complete in his inspection and also answered all my questions regarding some items. Very friendly and had some great tools...a 'camera' that showed infrared locations of studs and a drone for inspecting the tile roof.

There were things that Bruce missed which we had to point out to him, or we found out after the purchase. We hired a handyman to go into an area (to correct a problem) that Bruce refused to inspect because access was awkward.

Bruce was great. His inspection report is the most comprehensive and easy to read report I've seen. We will use him again and recommend his service to others. Very professional and responsible.

Very thorough and professional

He only pointed out obvious issues with the house. I knew there was a problem with the roof that wascausing stains on the wall. I wanted him to inspect that issue. What I recieved was a nice book of pictures of very obvious things like stained tile in the pool. I dont think his services were worth 500.00 I did hire a person to look at the leak and he found a glaring problem on the roof that Bruce missed.
