Inspector couldn't access the garage at first because it was locked, while in the middle of inspection agent was able to find the key and let him know the garage was accessible. Inspection report came around with nothing for the garage, just saying it was inaccessible. Turned into a "he said she said situation" as the inspector did not remember the agent telling him all was accessible. It took my agent to call them to get them from charging another fee for an inspector to finally look at the garage. Do better 4U, that should have been an automatic apology and the situation should have been rectified without myself or my agent advocating.

Dave was great! He pointed everything out to us and explained what it all meant for us either now or down the line. He had to come a couple of times for our house since the seller was still finishing some of it up - Dave followed up on the list of items from the first run and helped make sure the house was in good shape and that the seller did what was agreed upon. Thanks, Dave, for your help! We’ll surely recommend you and 4U to any of our friends and family!
