We worked with Mike at AmeriSpec and it was a great experience as first-time home buyers. Mike went through everything with us and provided a plethora of helpful tips to maintain the home. Along the way we took pictures and included them in the final report which has served as a great reference. Mike also left his card offering to answer any questions about the home and the inspection even long after the inspection. Informational and fun experience!

For example is was in the 40's outside but John and I went outside and checked on the outdoor ac unit. Most inspectors wouldn't even think of that in those cool conditions. John is always looking out for you and is a top notch professional when it comes to home inspections. You have made best choice when hiring john to do your home inspections.

His report was thoroughly detailed and provided all the information necessary to approach the sellers about required repairs before closing.
