Her mastery of the Loan Origination process and her team's flexibility to assess your suitability and come up with the right loan product is excellent. Going into a bidding situation with her as the lender made for a great reputation as everyone just seemed to "know" who Dianne is and we never had to convince anyone of our suitability as buyers.

Not only did Dianne's rate absolutely crush the competition, her availability and her team were extremely helpful. Too bad this rating system doesn't go to 11 like they did.

Dianne was recommended through my agent and she was by far the favorite lender I interacted with while buying my home. She was able to get me the best rate out of everyone I talked to (shopped around at five lenders) because she took the time to actually play with the different inputs / variables instead of simply taking the numbers I gave her and plugging them into the matrix and giving me what was given at face value. For example, turns out that adding just 0.2% to your down payment can reduce your interest rate by quite a bit. Worked with me on late nights and weekends which was great and her and her team had great communication throughout the entire process. Really liked that she was local, so she knew which appraisers would be best to use and whatnot. If speed is a consideration, Dianne and her team can move incredibly quickly. I'd definitely work with her again if I was buying another home in the area.
