We've used many times. Great rates and overall easy process to do remotely. This time had a bit more hoops for underwriting but overall nothing too challenging.

We were very pleased with Chuck’s inspection of our new house. He took a lot of time to show us areas of concern and also things that he thought were done extremely well. He was extremely knowledgeable and was even able to give ballpark estimates for some of the items he noted as in need of repair. His report was very clear, easy to read / interpret, and helped position us to get many repairs covered by the seller. He came back once repairs were completed to ensure things were done correctly, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely use Chuck again, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.

Their price was the bests. Their service was a little slow.
