The team was overall quite responsive and worked with us closely throughout the process. That said, the whole process did not feel well planned and hence, required lot of back and forth resulting in fair amount of stress and anxiety. However, we were able to close in time, had no major issues, so kudos to the entire team! Part of our process involved transferring assets to the Wells Fargo brokerage (to get a relationship discount), and that process was a complete nightmare! There were too many people involved leading to a lot of confusion right until the closing date, the main person in charge was lethargic and did not provide accurate info.

The sales associate, John, was slow to responded and often would give wrong information just to get us off his back. He is rushed and not particularly personable. We ended up working mostly with his assistant which caused us to have to redo work over and over because documents weren’t Getting to where they needed to go.

Satish and his team, Van and others, are great partners during the home buying process. They are very timely when it comes to communication and processing of documents. There were no surprises along the way, everything happened as they said it would. I’d recommend them highly to everyone.
