Can't beat a home visit! Todd was present, available and extremely resourceful in working with us for this purchase. He kindly came to our home to walk us through the initial paperwork, communicated with us at every turn and overall provided us with insight and support through a less than ideal closing situation.

Ultimately Todd and his team did their job well, however towards the end of the process there were a significant number of people involved, "too many cooks in the kitchen," and as a result, requests became repetitive/redundant, not to mention frequent, and while we responded to each request quickly, as we approached the closing we felt that things were not completed as quickly as they could have been. While I understand that on some level that should be expected, it's not a standard by which I would want to hold myself.

Todd and the Prospect Mortgage staff are incredibly efficient, and yet still thorough as well. They proceed carefully and systematically through the mortgage pre-approval and final approval process. I highly appreciate the clear communication and quick responsiveness of the whole Prospect team. Well done, Prospect Mortgage!

Todd was extremely polite and worked quickly to get us an approval letter. He was always there if we had a question. Although the process got sticky as our closing date neared, I'm sure as it often does with a mortgage, overall Todd was very prompt.

Todd went out of his way to get us the best deal out there and use a seller's credit to our advantage. We hit the interest rates in a great place.

While we didn't work with Todd directly, he responded to an important email while he was on vacation, out of the country. That is customer service I can truly appreciate.

I met Todd at a Redfin class on how to get a mortgage. I felt instantly at ease talking to him afterward, asking real questions about our down payment and rates and terms and how it all works. This was before we saw even one house! Within days I was sending him everything he needed to get a preapproval, which he provided within hours - and thats exactly how Todd works - he is knowledgable and effecient and friendly and was supportive from Day 1 to Day 271 (yes, it took quite a while to find the right house). He answered all my questions, even if they were redundant at times, and most of all, he came through with the best rates and closing costs. Thank you Todd!

Working with Todd and his team was the best house buying experience you could ask for. We had worked with another Mortgage Company in the past and it was a constant paper chase and total disorganization. We never met the lender face to face. We met Todd at a Redfin house buying class and were very impressed with his knowledge and ability to answer some questions about our difficult situation. When we were ready to buy Todd met with us to go over the application line by line explaining everything along the way. He sent us a comprehensive list of documents he needed to get our loan processed and that was it. No paper chase. He sent emails letting us know our status and answered the phone or called back within the hour every time we call. They were able to hit every single date that we had asked them to and we closed early. I have recommended Todd to anyone and everyone I know who is looking to buy a home or refinance. This was a painless experience and we couldn't be happier.

Todd took the time to get to know my wife and I. He expertly giuded us toward a 203K renovation on a house that needed work, but when we could not get the sellers to drop in price, we shifter to a house that needed less work. Todd walked us through both a conventional and FHA loan application and we could not have had a more thorough and knowledgable lender working with us. We recommend Todd without hesitation.

Prospect Mortgage was very slow in reviewing the documents we sent them, and everything with them was always a fire drill. Did not feel they were well organized or had much experience in the jumbo loan process, would not recommend.
