Not sure who Dilip is, my Wintrust rep was Mike Black. He was a really friendly guy. Him and his team were quick and responsive to all of my questions. What was really nice is that Mike actually came to my closing (my attorney noted that most banks don't send a representative to that part of the process). He ended up saving us a TON of time by providing a direct contact with the lender at that time.
