Can't recommend Toni enough, she was our ally from start to finish, was highly available even on the weekends, and she taught me a ton about how mortgages work along the way. I'm quite satisfied with Quicken Loans on the whole, they have especially low PMI rates, assured that they will not resell our mortgage, and the online Quicken Loans Rocket Mortgage service we used made everything super easy and manageable completely digitally. We would definitely go back to them again.
