I had actually started working with another mortgage company, the rates were getting too high. I decided to reach out to other mortgage companies and a broker to see if that changed rates. JKS mortgage (working with Todd) was phenomenal, they were able to use different tools and I was able to get a rate that I am happy with.

It was great working with Todd, he is definitely an expert in what he does. My home closed very quickly and with an excellent interest rate. Todd went above and beyond, in fact calling me at night after the State of the Union to let me know rates had dropped and to lock in at that time. He saved me .50-.75% with his quick action. I’m going to be completely honest, before Todd from JKS Mortgage helped me with my mortgage, I was assuming that I wouldn’t have been able to get a loan due to my visa status. I’m currently working on a student visa with a CPT work authorization and 3 other loan officers and their underwriters have said that I don’t qualify for a loan, even though the law says I do. If it weren’t for Todd’s intelligent work, I wouldn’t have been enjoying some Napa wine by the pool at my new home writing this review. Todd is extremely detail oriented, responsible, smart(hard to come by these days), efficient and attentive. I had zero experience with any of the processes but Todd patiently explained every single detail of the process and also shared his own experiences. I’ve enjoyed working with Todd and would definitely recommend him to anyone. As soon as I make some more money, I’ll definitely reach out to Todd for buying a second home.
