We worked with Nick and Tonya at Sammamish on a recent home purchase. This was our third time going through a mortgage/refinance process and was by far the smoothest and fastest close we've experienced. Their online portal is easy to use and the team is highly responsive. We were ready for close with a week to spare and it was by far the least stressful experience we could have asked for.
