They were good. Had to revering and submit tons of forms a few different times. We were trying to close quick and had initially met with them several weeks before. They had waited until we had made an offer and were about to close to get information they could have gotten weeks before. So that was frustrating. Almost missed closing on time because they were very particular in the signature locations they wanted. Sure the lending industry has changed the way it needs docs and approvals and reviews, but it seemed like they were listening some times. Kept getting emails saying we needed stuff but we had already submitted it. Helped us get the MCC tax credit and a low rate though so that was nice of them. Other than that it was kinda frustrating.

I would like to thank Dwayne, Mike, & Chelsea for helping my wife & I move into our dream home! It was not an easy process, as we were out of the country for 2 weeks during escrow but they worked diligently on making sure everything was done correctly. Dwayne personally made himself available after work hours for questions and always returned my emails and phone calls. Without Dwaynes expertise and dedication to keep his clients satisfied, I would not be in my home today. Thank you Dwayne!!!!

The loan, and all the paperwork that goes with it, has got to be the most potentially stressful part of a home buying experience. Augusta's team worked with us to get us a great rate on the mortgage that worked for us, without pressuring us into a longer loan. Wonderful to work with! Quick and easy - very smooth process. Was able to fund the loan that 2 previous lenders were unable to work with due to a minor issue concerning the HOA. Would definitely recommend!
