Richard did a great job throughout the entire mortgage loan and home buying experience. Though at times difficult to reach, he was still prompt to return calls and emails as soon as he was available. He made an extra effort to ensure that we had a positive experience and guided us through all of our questions and concerns along the way. Bank of America in general, however, had some issues with their other departments not getting certain things completed in time, but most were not at the fault of Richard, so it was still important for us to stay on top of things to meet deadlines.
