Kim is so thorough and knowledgeable regarding the lending process, I cannot say nice enough things about her. I had an extremely difficult and stressful escrow due to the selling realtor's incompetence, and Kim was there every step of the way. She made sure I did not lose a large deposit on my home and that the home closed. She is exceptional at what she does!

Kim was very pleasant to work with, and put in a lot of time with us at first. She got our information together fast, and got us pre-approved very quickly. That being said, I can't recommend her. As the process progressed, it became more and more clear that Kim was willing to paint an overly rosy picture of things (to keep us from looking at other lenders?). For example, she forgot to mention that she was planning to be out of the country for a week or more within two or three weeks of our closing date, and we were forced to wait days to have messages returned, and to work with backup people we didn't know. She had a tendency to tell us what we wanted to hear, and then when some of it turned out not to be completely accurate, she would stop returning phone calls. We ended up paying about 1/8 % higher rate than we expected to pay, and a couple thousand $ in extra lender fees above what we expected. She didn't lie to us, but she wasn't completely straight with us either.
