I was initially hesitant to use an internet-based lender, but Kourtney was extremely quick to answer all of my questions and I was always able to get a hold of him either immediately, or within a very short period of time. In fact, I found I had better communication with my out-of-state lender than most people have with their local one. AimLoan was very efficient and I was able to close early. Our closer even commended us on finding an incredible rate and low fees.
