Eric Vavere's Team's ability to do a very fast loan and escrow process gave my family the advantage during our offer process. When the time came for them to perform, they were lightning fast and we had no problems during the entire process. The team members were very friendly throughout the whole process as well. Only minor issue I had was getting fast direct feedback on some of the questions I had throughout the process. My realtor was able to connect and get all those answered though. Once we were ready to place an offer on a home, we were nervous about being able to find a lender in time that could facilitate a quick 21-day close with our atypical background as well as offer a great rate. But Eric and his team really delivered on both! In addition, Eric helped clear up a credit discrepancy that we were unaware of from long ago, which helped boost our credit score further. As first time home buyers, we weren’t familiar with the closing process, so we probably could have benefitted from more guidance and communication. But we really appreciated that Eric always provided peace of mind and reassurance when we had concerns or questions. We would definitely work with Eric again and have recommended him to friends and family.
