He must have prepared about 20 or so different spreadsheets for me of what it would actually cost to purchase and own all the different properties I looked at for over a year before I was finally able to find the right one for me. Through it all he was patient and responsive, and always gave me detailed information - the kind you need when you are about to make such a huge investment. I ended up purchasing a foreclosure property, and through all of the ups and downs of dealing with Fannie Mae and the terrible title company, Servicelink (do not use them!), Brian and his team were incredibly helpful and reassuring. But the kicker was that when an inadvertent mistake was made, he went above and beyond and made it right for me. In my personal experience, he is the most open and honest lender I have ever encountered. In an era when bankers and others in the financial services industry aren't known for their morality, Brian's trustworthiness restored my faith, and reassured me that his primary concern was what was in my best interest. I NEVER felt pressured to consider taking on a bigger loan than what I had already determined was my budget. I'm not sure when I will be moving again (hopefully no time soon!), but in the event I do, I know exactly who I will call again for my next mortgage - Brian!
