I do not appreciate my name, address, etc shared with “affiliates”…I asked to be opted out of that but got some insurance scheme promo yesterday. It’s a lot like robocall harassment. Again, the feeling is that I exist mainly for your purposes. I got a good rate and for that I am grateful. Was it timing or talent?

He knows exactly what is important to do/fix, and what doesn't matter that much. He has a great support team to help with all the little things you need to go through. I received my closing disclosure documents 3 days before my closing. On day of closing, John took care of everything. I showed up at the Title Office, all the documents were ready and just waiting for my signature. I had to pinch myself so I'd know I wasn't dreaming. This entire process was almost way too easy. Due to unforeseen issues with my original lender, I had to close within a ridiculously narrow time-frame at a time when TRID was being implemented by banks around the country. Of the 10 lenders I contacted, John's team were the only ones who could close me by my settlement. On top of that, he gave me a great deal on my loan. Anyone who has ever had to secure a mortgage knows how complicated it can be at times.
