Kari was wonderful to work with on my loan. She was incredibly responsive and managed to help me close in record time. Her advice on interest rates was spot on and helped me get the best rate at a tough time in the market. There were also a range of products that she identified for a first time home buyer such as myself that allowed for a lower down payment and no pmi. I would definitely work with Kari again and recommend her to my friends!

I would strongly advise against using Cam and PNC Mortgage! There are plenty of other options out there, please explore them. They are having substantive issues around the new TRID regulations put in place October 2015. Cam is also not very responsive and seemed to be unorganized with details about my application and documents/forms throughout the process. My experience with PNC was full of stress, frustration, fatigue and endless concern. The process was overcome with misleading information, repeatedly missed deadlines, and lack of justification of delays. We finally did get everyone done and approved but PNC made a huge mess of a very simple/vanilla application. Avoid at all costs!!

I can certainly applaud Cam for the work she did on my loan. I started my loan process 5 days after the new government TRID regulations came out that essentially overhauled the mortgage process with new documents and disclosure periods. Even with her whole industry being taken for a loop and with me as a guinea pig of the new process, Cam handled everything professionally and was able to make the whole process go quite smoothly. In addition, the home I was purchasing was in a co-op which requires a specialty type of loan process that many loan officers can't do. If you're buying a co-op, let Cam handle your mortgage.

This deal could not have been done without Cam. She was recommended by my Redfin agent as the 'go to' person for co-op deals, and that's absolutely correct. I emailed Cam out of the blue to see if I could get a pre-approval letter, there were a lot of moving parts to getting this and Cam pulled it together as if it was the easiest thing in the world! This deal had a tight timeline, and I never worried for a minute that all the details would be taken care of. I'm so happy to have worked with her!

As with my Redfin agent, Cam had to have had several clients at the same time as constructing a loan agreement to meet my needs, but with all of the attention to my issues and speed of her responses to questions and requests for information, it was hard to believe I wasn't her ONLY client. She was aware of programs with a structure that could get me into my coop for less. Truly appreciated all her efforts!
