Pros: 1. Does a thorough job for safety. 2. Sticking to the timeslot, being flexible for evening, next day appnts, weekend appnts. Cons: 1. More expensive than the competition. 2. I was unlucky to have an inspector come with a trainee for the home inspection. Also the inspector though very experienced had little time during the inspection for the buyer. Also this guy had very poor communication skills to explain a problem. Also getting ball park estimates from them was impossible. (It seems there is clause that they cannot do the work for 12 months on the property, hence why should I give you estimates!!) 4. The roof inpection report was delayed. 5. If the problem they observe is not against the code they are not required to document.
