John was very knowledgeable and didn't cut any corners during his inspection (yes he walked the roof and checked the attic). He prepared a professional report which included pictures of all defects he found. He even offered a 4 point wind report for a small additional fee if it was required for our insurance but told us to check with our insurance company first because it might not be required. Appreciated the honesty instead of upselling. Happily would use him in the future.
