Legacy was at two properties I needed inspected quickly and had the report back to me immediately, even in a crazy market when turnaround has been slow with other inspection groups that I have used on other properties. Other than that, I have one request for future properties, I would have liked to have the air conditioner unit checked, as the report did say the temperature was not conducive to testing. Coming from Palm Springs when heat or cold can sometimes be against you actively testing units, the system still gets tested during inspection by the inspector.

Dwayne and Paul did their work in a timely manner but when done, I had no doubt they did a great job looking into all the aspects of the home that they were supposed to. The PDF we received had color photos and great descriptions to aid in the process of our purchase.
