Professional and thorough. I have engaged Fox services for a couple of times now and the whole process is seamless.

Very expensive inspection and did not identify many issues that I continue to find, easter eggs, post move-in. $2600 inspection that only identified basic problems. For example every single interior door was cut from the bottom and falling apart. Not noting in inspection. Repair contractor caught it first day. Several outlets are non functional. Not mentioned in inspection. We noticed first day. And on and on… When talking with Fox afterwards they said, “Well we think it was a good inspection.” I guess customer is right or the boss does not sit with Fox group.

We used Fox forour invasive stucco inspection and they were absolutely great. The gentleman was very friendly and was great at explaining the survey.

Josh and Ryan were very great! Explained everything and were very thorough.

This is the second time I've used Fox for an inspection, returning after a positive first experience. Jared was thorough and detailed with the inspection, but also went above and beyond to make sure I had the feedback in a timely way... despite finishing later than the normal workday because of the number of issues found, he still got the report back to me before I woke the following morning, then took the time between other inspections later that morning to call and walk me through. He answered all my questions frankly and understandably, and have useful context (such as how common the specific problem was in other inspections). At least one of the items he found (overloaded / overheating main breaker) would likely have been overlooked by another inspector. I will certainly use Fox again if the opportunity arises.

Great process and service!

Competitive pricing. No fuss inspection and scheduling. Trustworthy inspectors and reports. This is our second time to use Fox for our inspection and they really do great work. Very detail oriented and customer friendly. We'll plan to use them in the future when the time comes.

Found some issues that “went against code.” However when we hired an electrician to fix, was informed that code was being followed already.

Rock solid. Higher price point, but very through, very amiable, quick turn around and I used their results and partnered pricing audit to more than make back what I spent in concessions from the seller

We loved using Fox Inspection services. We actually used them 3 times, twice for inspections and another for a stucco inspection. Knowledgeable and professional, they were honest in disclosing their findings and helped us determine whether a home would be too costly to repair. I wouldn't buy another house without using their services.

Very thorough inspection and well worth the price. Report was delivered quickly and provided detailed information about the home. The best part was all the other ancillary services that came along with the Fox inspection (HomeSwitch, discounts on carpet cleaning, etc...)

Fox services seemed very thorough however after we moved in we found more cracked floor tiles then was originally discovered. Their concierge services in which they assist customers with utility switch over leaves a lot to be desired. We ended up with no water the day after our move and the next day the gas was turned off. Ouch!
