Purchasing a home is a big decision. My creed is it’s what you inspect - not what you expect. This was taught to me by my father who built homes for 40 years and my own experience as a home builder for 10 years. When you tour a new home or an existing home it can appear beautiful and you would expect it to be high quality and safe; yet the details make all the difference. Defects (both serious and minor) can be present, and it is important to find them before you purchase. My objective is to ensure a quality product and and safe environment.
