Initially, I was quite impressed with what seemed to be a very thorough, detailed report and the presentation of it was impeccable. Then yesterday changed my perspective quickly. I closed on the 24th of October. I have been slowly moving in and putting things away (in their place) time permitting. I had just started putting things under one of the sinks in the master suite. Yesterday, I went to pull an item out and the bottom was wet. I pulled another item out and found them all to be wet. I placed my hand down on the flooring under the sink and it was soaking wet. I got everything out, placed a towel down to soak up the water and I could wring water out of it. While I was placing the new towel down I then noticed that the faucet itself above has a slow yet continuous drip with the on and off handles completely off. I filed a claim yesterday under the home warranty I got and then found out that I have to pay a deductible in the amount of $150. Needless to say, I am not at all happy with what has occurred as it had to have been doing it all along. It now concerns me that other items may not have be found and I’m the one footing the bill hence the 5 rating. It was going to be significantly higher until this incident.
