We used Inspection Plus 3 times and were happy with them every time. They were on time and got the reports out to us very quickly. Both inspectors explained the process step by step; which was very helpful in learning about the house. They also gave us tips about general maintenance of the house. They are a little bit hard to get a hold of to schedule or when you have a question after the completion of the inspection but they do get back to you.
