These guys did a terrific job of inspecting the home, providing the information to us in a very detailed manner with many pictures, and explaining each item that needed to be addressed. Their inspections identified several items that we hadn't considered that led to us making sure that our new home would be safe and secure.

Did a thuroug inspection and was quick with the paperwork.

Jon Teabo did not conduct my inspection and it was instead Jon Teabo Jr. There were things missed. Outside faucets that wouldn't turn off except for a seller installed Splitter that had on/off valves. If you remove the splitter from the house, the water wouldn't turn off. Also, all closet shelves had brackets failing which all had to be replaced and windows in the house that do not stay open, they fall back down. After moving in, I had a contractor come look at the house and they also found corrosion on my pipes under the house, a broken sewer pipe near kitchen, and signs of mold under the eaves of the house. While some of those things are not an immediate concern, they were not caught on the inspection and have been added unexpected expenses for me immediately upon moving in.

Jon Jr. also performed this home's inspection, and again, he was early, professional, and provided an extremely well-performed and useful Inspection Report. He had no problem with us following him around and asking him questions while he inspected the house. Was pretty good, but there were a couple of items missed during inspection, that we had to point out to him. I feel like overall he did a great job. It is hard to review an inspector before actually taking ownership of a house.

Jon and his team were fantastic! They were able to come out on short notice, provided detailed information as they inspected the home, and provided a great inspection report (one that was more detailed than expected). Their work was able to help us determine what we needed to get done, what would be nice to have done, and tasks for us to be able to complete at a later time.
