Matt Sorensen from WestCoast Home Inspections did an immaculate job inspecting our home. He was thorough and honest about what he saw and what would need fixing up and about the time ranges we would need to do so. We were confident in going forward with the purchase of our home with the trust we had in Matt's inspection. We can't thank him enough for his time and knowledge he gave us!

Matt was very prompt and straightforward on the issues with the home and realistic estimates to fix. He definitely saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Matt is fantastic. To say he has an eye for detail is an understatement. He not only pointed out things that needed repair, the "rough numbers" he gave matched the repair estimates made by the follow up contractors--spot on. He inspected two properties for me. The first one ended up being a pass--saving me a lot of money. The second property needed some things as well, but knowing what I was getting into allowed me to make an informed decision. I also really appreciate that Matt showed up TWICE on very short notice for me, during a time when the market was just crazy. I would use his services again in a heartbeat. I give him my highest recommendation.

Matt did a great gob. Our home inspection was scheduled for 2pm I believe when I arrived at the house at 1:45 Matt was already there on the roof doing the inspection. He would inform me whenever he would find something wrong and would give me his opinion on rather if needed to be fixed now or if it could wait. The write up of the inspection was well written and easy to understand, and the cost of the inspection was really reasonable. Good job Matt and WestCoast Home Inspection.

Thorough in the inspection noting not only big items, but small fyi concerns also. Very knowledgeable and definatley felt like the inspection was done with our safety and best interest in mind. Was able to quickly schedule our inspection whereas other inspectors weren't able to come out as soon. Fast turn around for the actual report.
