Very friendly and provided a thorough report. When asked about proving name to a service to help with additional items on the move, I recommend declining. We were bombarded with marketing messages and service providers that weren’t very helpful.

We can't recommend Tom and People's Choice Home Inspection enough. The detail he goes into is through and very comprehensive. Since we couldn't be present during the inspection because of COVID, the report was easy to understand and gave us the full understanding of what we were walking into. He made himself also available in case we had any questions. We felt like the information he gave us totally prepared us for our negotiating with the sellers our some repairs and gave us a great to do list for when we moved in. He also went above and beyond when there was some questions about some careless remarks from the appraiser and he helped affirm that the appraiser was wrong. This meant we closed on time! We would recommend again and again.

Tom Orr was especially understanding when plans changed. I will definitely use his services again.

While they did a through job in some areas, there were some things that seemed to be omitted from the report that we had talked about during the inspection or some odd things i found in the house after they had completed their inspection of the area. That being said, these would not be things that are normal to find in an inspection and just happened upon them being a inquisitive perspective home owner.
