I think he did the inspection too fast, he skip some safety feature like the electric outlet at the washer and dryer should be the safety auto shut down outlet but the last owner use the regular outlet but the inspector didn't see that and list to his report, the wall at the washing are was broken a big piece but he didn't see that, the wall in the garage was hit and replace ugly but he didn't see that. The kitchen cabinet was broken and lean out but he didn't see that. the price is more expensive compare to others inspection company. Or maybe there were still material of the renter when he does his inspection. Other than that everything should be ok.
