The Sterling Inspection Group was absolutely incredible. Both Michael and David came out to inspect the home we ended up purchasing. They spent extensive time assessing every nook and cranny of the home. They then took at least an hour after the inspection to verbally explain everything they found with the home and, generally, how the issues would need to be remedied. Finally, they turned around an excellent, thorough inspection report in less than 24 hours. I could not recommend them enough. Plus, they just seem like nice people.
