Tim is the best inspector in the Palm Springs area that you will ever find. He very flexible and understanding and great at what he does. We purchased an old house that was completely remodeled by the seller. Tim got all of the big ticket items such as problems with the roof, the electrical box, pool heater, dishwasher plumbing connections, tankless water heater connections, etc.... all detailed on his inspection report. He also had a keen eyes for all of the details as well, which covered the whole spectrum of what we needed for our contingencies. Our closing date was extended multiple times due to additional time needed for the seller to finish the property, and Tim was always ready to come back to re-inspect each time we asked him to. We are out-of-state buyers and we were truly blessed to have Tim helped us inspecting the property we purchased.
