Working with BPG is fantastic. They are very friendly, have a great cancellation policy, a friendly customer service team, and a easy-to-use online booking system. Best of all, of course, is the meticulousness that BPG puts into its inspections. We had two inspections with BPG, specially with Kenneth Humphreys, who is extremely well-versed in homes and inspections. He took the time to walk us through his inspections and gave us all the room to ask questions to make sure we understand what's happening and the value of it. His reports are very detailed and easy to understand. His report on the house we purchased allowed us to get $7K in seller credits. Highly recommended working with BPG and Kenneth.
