Drew was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered a lot of great suggestions and as a first-time home owner made me feel better about all the stuff you need to maintain while living in a home. He was thorough, kind, and provided a great home inspection.

Drew is awesome! He was recommended by our realtor, Rebecca Love, and did not disappoint. He was thorough, professional, and responsive, and he was easy to work with on scheduling. We've had two experiences; the first, he discovered a major issue that led us to walk away from a contract. We appreciated his immediate, on-site report and his frank and candid manner. Our second experience was a last-minute "walk and talk" at the property we eventually bought, rather than a full inspection. He really went above and beyond and made us feel comfortable making an offer without the inspection contingency. You want an inspector to be honest and act in the best interest of his client, and Drew does that. He won't sugarcoat anything when it's really bad, but he'll also help keep things in perspective when they seem worse than they really are. We hope to never need his services again (we're very happy in our new place!) but we'd heartily recommend him to anyone!

Drew was amazing! He's really enthusiastic about his work and extremely thorough. Everything he suggested to us was spot on and his advice was on point. He definitely went above and beyond for us, and did it on short notice. We're going to have him back to our house after we've settled in for a few months to help us think through some improvements. If you're looking for an inspector, don't think twice about Drew. You won't regret it.

We found Drew one day before the inspection. Drew produced the report on site with his amazing printer. It was amazing!
