Joey definitely knew what he was doing. He checked off all the boxes and this was the only inspection company in the area that would fit me in short notice, even though they really didn't have the time. I appreciated the quick turn around for the inspection and overall it helped get a bunch of things fixed that I would have never noticed otherwise (e.g. my HVAC not registering the proper temperature and a window that was not sealed properly and would cause the central air to fluctuate like crazy over time).

This is the first I had heard that structural issues were missed as I never received anything from this client after the inspection regarding the HI report. After reviewing the report, I did note deteriorating sill plates on the rear and left side of the house with photos. I also made note of several other structural issues in the report. I pride myself on the quality of inspections, and I wish this client would have reached out with their questions or concerns.
