He even pointed out an issue the pest control company missed. My inspector did a phenomenal job and was extremely thorough. His knowledge of the risks and challenges with the property and his eye for detail were exactly what I needed to understand the issues with the home. He went out of his way to check aspects often overlooked by other inspectors, including checking the piers beneath the main floor in a difficult to access crawl space and climbing out onto a steep roof to check the condition of the shingles and chimneys. I was very impressed and would absolutely recommend him.
