They are a Richmond America company. They are only interested in what is best for the builder. They don’t care about helping you get a better rate or product. They do not give you options, only what the builder wants you to have. They do not communicate and keep you in the dark so you have limited information. We have purchased several new builds, with the builders preferred lenders, and this was by far the worst experience. I would suggest looking at other builders if you are planning on using builder incentives so you aren’t forced to work with this company.
