We worked with Joe as our Mortgage Broker in the purchase of our first home. Joe took our questions/meeting immediately and was able to get all of our answers in such a short amount of time. The house we wanted already had a previous offer and if we wanted to put ours in, we needed an expedited process. He was very thorough and explained everything in normal terms so that it made sense to us as first time home buyers. He was able to get us approved for our loan and was in communication throughout the entire process. He even suggested a few ways to immediately improve my husband's credit score to ensure we were getting the best rate. A few of my emails did not get responded to for about 4 days (Joe mentioned they went to spam), but he was apologetic and resolved our issues and questions. Aside from that, the response time was pretty quick (usually same day, if not first thing the next day). I would definitely recommend Joe for your mortgage needs!
