This is my second time working with Christian to buy a house. This time, I went into escrow on a house twice, and both fell out of escrow because they were flips that failed inspections. Finally, I was able to close on the third attempt. It took nine months to close on a house because the search took so long, and through it all, Christian was a consummate professional. He answered my endless questions and was available whenever I needed him. He was available to answer questions from real estate agents, escrow, lending underwriters, and me.
