I did have one question through the online portal go unanswered, which I believe was an accident, but for a first-time homebuyer who was trying to juggle a lot of things at once, this threw me off-schedule a little. Other than that, everything went off without a hitch!

The law firm kinda seems to be the WalMart of law firms. It's a very large firm and everyone seems to be in a rush all the time. Prior to closing, all my experiences with their staff were pretty neutral. They weren't quick to respond to email and didn't seem to care much on the phone. However, Closing went very smoothly even though the office was kind of a mad house! So when it came down to actually doing the stuff that matters, they did not disappoint.
