Mike has been very professional and helpful during my closing process. He patiently guided me through every single paragraph on the contract, as well as other paperworks, and he was able to answer every question I had in an easily understandable way. More importantly, I was very impressed by his negotiation skills. The seller did not want to move until the last minute, but Mike made sure that I can move in on time. The seller also left behind a lot of garbage and many things broken, but Mike was able to hold the money in escrow to protect my rights. Not to mention that Mike charges a very reasonable fee for his services, it was in fact the best price among five attorneys that I called. I highly recommend Mike to be your buyer’s attorney.
