I'm neutral to Artesian Title. While they seem to know what they need to do and also having the resources to do it, the hand-off of information between team members need work. One other thing they need work on is the explanation of the signing process and how it related to the situation at hand. Having said that, they got the job done despite a few hiccups along the way. Hence my reason to give them a 5 out of 10.
