Very helpful, thorough, and responsive. Overall, a great experience, and Tammy was great. The service could be improved if they were able to employ remote notary public services where the notary could meet with the buyer and go over all the documents during the signing process. Instead, we ended up going to a UPS store and signing the documents over the counter in public. Also, not a major factor, but by having to go to UPS, we ended up paying the notary costs, whereas in precious closings where the notary came to our home, this service was paid for by the title company.
