Our only interaction with Real Safe was on the closing date. For obvious reasons, this day was extremely important and emotional to us as a first time home buyer. However, when we arrived at the office location, we noticed that everything is locked down and no one is in the office. After making multiple calls, an agent named "Kristle" showed us with no keys to open the door (not blaming her for the locked doors). Without providing any explanation she left us to call someone so they bring the keys to the office. Furthermore, she didn't provide any update regarding how long we should wait until her coworker shows up with the keys so we stood up behind the office door for 1 hour until the keys arrived. After we finally entered, without any apologies on behalf of Real Safe due to the very long delay in the process, Kristle pretended that nothing has happened and everything is normal. Kristle then rushed us into signing all the papers without giving us the chance to properly read what we're signing since she had another appointment after us which she didn't wish to be late for. She also brought up the excuse that she wants the Banks to get back to her faster, but it was not acceptable. Based on our interaction with the Real Safe team on our closing date, we had an extremely negative experience from start to end.
