Land services was easy to work with, we did not speak to them personally but all paperwork was done promptly and we had no issues getting documentation to them

I'm not sure I whether I would recommend Land Services as a Title Insurance Company. I think they were slow coming up with the numbers for our closing, even though the closing date was well after the mortgage commitment and two months after we hired them. All the numbers changed several times in the 48 hours before closing. The representative showed up late for the 10:30 closing and we didn't finish till almost 1 PM. It was supposed to take 1 hour. The end result was fine and we are happy homeowners now. Maybe this is how it happens for everyone, but I was less than completely comfortable with the process.
