They were not helpful as they didn't do the wire transfer and they had the instructions. I filled out multiple documents and spoke with Bilonna Dilling October 31 when I completed the sellers portion of the settlement. Then the following Monday when I went to settlement over 2000 miles away, I found out at the settlement table that the wire transfer never occurred. They acted like they never received the instructions. It was a horrible feeling to just be left wondering where the $150,000 dollar wire transfer was. Not a good feeling. But the rest of the settlement went well.
